Our solution
We will build a mobile-first ordering site linked to your existing Square point of sale, with a simple dashboard that shows each kitchen what to bake and when. The work includes:
- Discovery (weeks 1 and 2): store visits, menu and pricing review, and a signed-off site map
- Design and build (weeks 3 to 7): branded site, cake builder, pickup slots and delivery zones
- Testing and training (weeks 8 to 10): staff training at each store, soft launch and go-live
