I am excited to apply for the Customer Success Manager role at Fernway Health. I have followed Fernway since your launch of same-day telehealth for rural clinics, and I would love to help the team reach the goal in your posting: keeping 95% of clinic customers through their first renewal.
In my current role as Senior Account Manager at Clearpath Software, I look after 48 mid-size healthcare accounts worth $3.2M a year. Last year I raised our renewal rate from 84% to 93% by introducing quarterly business reviews and a 30-day onboarding plan for every new clinic. I also led the rollout of our HIPAA training module, which 1,100 clinic staff completed in its first quarter.
What draws me to Fernway in particular is how closely you work with small practices.
