About us
We make scheduling software used by 4,000 dental clinics across the US. Our 60-person team ships every week and works from Austin and remotely across the country.
About the role
You will own customer onboarding, taking new clinics from signed contract to fully live in under 30 days, and you will build the playbooks the team uses as we double in size over the next two years.
What you will do
- Run onboarding for 15 to 20 new customers a month, from kickoff call to go-live
- Configure each clinic's account and train front-desk staff over video calls
- Track onboarding time and customer satisfaction, and report on both monthly
- Work with Product to turn common customer requests into improvements
- Write and update help articles and onboarding guides
What you need
- 2+ years in customer onboarding, implementation or account management at a software company
- Clear spoken and written English, and comfort running video calls with groups
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Organised enough to run 20 projects at once without dropping details
Nice to have Dental or healthcare experience Spanish Help-centre writing
